Highcroft is a charming, semi-detached cottage, one of two holiday properties set in the grounds of the owners' home, located two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. With five bedrooms including two king-size doubles (one with an en-suite bathroom), plus two twins (one on the ground floor), and one single with pull-out stacker bed, this cottage can sleep ten people.

There's also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining and utility area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for four cars, plus a private, enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and shared use of two acres of wildlife garden and a tennis court.
